The Global Ripple... CGL is global network of highly-trained young people from various countries, cultures, races, religions, and economic strata - algined with the vision of accelerating change and innovation at home and in under-resourced communities around the planet.

In developed countries... We get young people outdoors, active, and engaged in making a difference in the world around them.

In developing countries... We help young entrepreneurs create jobs and build village level economic capacity (core focus on environment, education, safe water and sanitation, infrastructure, healthcare, and agriculture).

How it works... You receive world-class entrepreneurial training, you design and implement a sustainable initiative or business, you pass it on by training others. CGL's training is driven by ground-breaking work coming out of leading universities, Fortune 500 innovation accelerators, and top consulting companies. There is nothing like it anywhere else in the world - we call it the Global Ripple.
