Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We realize cancellations are sometimes a reality of life. Unfortunately, many of our program costs are incurred long before our programs begin and we need to charge cancellation fees to partially offset those expenses. Cancellations or changes must be received in writing and will incur the following fees:
- Cancellations more than 90 days before the start of a program - $100 per person service charge.
- Cancellations 60 to 90 days before the start of a program - your deposit will be withheld.
- Cancellations less than 60 days - no refund will be given (we have already incurred the expenses).
- Travel Protection: We recommend you purchase trip cancellation/travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen disruptions.
Travel Protection Insurance:
- Please contact Travel Guard at 800.826.1300 (www.travelguard.com) to purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Guard offers a great range of travel protections services from trip cancellation & interruption insurance, medical expenses & transportation coverage, lost/stolen baggage, and 24/7 travel assistance. The company offers great student rates.
- There are many other companies offering this service, but Travel Guard is really easy to work with.
